IGNOU AGREES TO CONSIDER CSC AS A VIRTUAL STUDY CENTERS

CSC e-Governance Services India Limited and INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY (IGNOU) has entered into MoU to extend IGNOU’s online services to the citizens through our CSC Network. Following services will be extended through our CSCs:

• New Registration: online form filling, scanning and uploading of photograph/signature and academic credentials, printout of filled-in application and printing of I-Card in case of confirmation of admission
• Re-Registration:  Filling of Re-registration form and printout of filled-in Re-registration form
• Examination form submission: Exam form filling and printing of Hall Ticket
• eKYC

OBJECTIVE OF THE MOU : IGNOU and CSC SPV recognise that they share common goals and are desirous to establish a cooperative arrangement towards offering online access to services offered by IGNOU through the CSC network, managed and supported by the CSC SPV and also hereby agree to deliver online services offered by IGNOU through the CSC network, especially the following :

• To offer to prospective and enrolled students of IGNOU, the facility of online admission form submission, online re-registration, online examination form submission, and other online services made available by IGNOU, including online payment facilitation through the CSC SPV Digital Sewa portal.

IGNOU has also agreed to consider Common Services Centres as virtual study center in the near future.
